Happy Mother’s Day!

What words can be used to describe a mother?

Mothers are nurturers.  Mothers are caring, loving, giving, understanding, patient & brave.  Mothers are fierce!  They will do whatever is necessary to protect their children.

Mothers are steadfast.  Mothers are imaginative, coming up with brilliant ideas to sustain their family.

The love of a mother is indescribable & unconditional!  The love a woman gives cannot be measured or understood.  When they love, they love fiercely!

I thank God for the faith of a woman!  The faith of a woman can sustain her family through any major crisis.

I thank God for the prayers of a mother.  Praying women can move mountains!  God’s word says this about a mother.  In Proverbs 31:25 it says: “Strength and dignity are her clothing and her position is strong and secure; And she smiles at the future [knowing that she and her family are prepared].  In verse 28, God’s word says this about a mother: “Her children rise up and call her blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired).”

God also says this about women in verse 30: “Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.”

Most of all a mother is a prayer warrior!  The fervent prayer of a mother avails much! God’s word says this about fervent prayer in James 5:16 – The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” Do not let that one word “man” deter you.  God is not a respecter of persons (Acts 10:34).  The fervent prayer of the women is no different from that same prayer of a man.

In fact, a women’s prayer can be more powerful. Why? Because women give their hearts completely to God. Women for some reason trust God in an easier fashion.  Why?  I am not sure.  Perhaps it is because a woman loves and trusts wholeheartedly.  A lot of times without question or doubts.

I truly believe in my heart of hearts that God created women with an incredible capacity to love.

Yes, a woman is a fierce person.  And don’t let all this silly talk about men giving birth and becoming mothers too fool or confuse you.  God made man and women. God is not and will never be confused on what He created us to be.

A biological man cannot carry a child. A man will never know the blessing it is to carry and care for a living human inside their body.

Mothers, I say thank you today & every day for the job that you do!  It is one where there is no pay and long enduring hours.

Sometimes, there isn’t enough appreciation for the sacrifices you make.  Today we honor you!  We say thank you for everything that you do!

You are tremendous!

If we pray for Ukraine, is God listening?

Does God hear our prayers? Is He listening? Does He want to help with this war raging in Ukraine?

Those are all valid questions. I think each of us has asked or wondered at some point if God is real.

Well, I say ask Him.

God created us. He knows we are curious and wish to understand things that seem more significant than us.

God is more significant than anything or anyone person.

God is so complex that we may never fully understand the scope of who God is, but don’t let that deter you.

God is also personable. He isn’t some significant scary holy entity that is unapproachable.

God is not a cookie-cutter God. He is not a one-size-fits-all deity.

God knows we are curious. He created us to ask questions and to find answers.

If you want to know if God is real, ask Him. Now how He reveals his answers may not satisfy your curiosity.

If you ask questions, He may not reveal the answers. Some answers come many days, months, or even years later.

You might be thinking that you want God to perform some colossal miracle for you to believe that He exists.

We can ask but be cautious not to have grand ideas of exactly how you expect God to show you, His answers.

His answer may be so subtle that you miss it.

You should know this about God; He never answers prayer the way you expect Him to.

That is one thing that I admire about God. He always does something unexpectedly that makes me appreciate Him even more.

So, ask Him. He may answer, and He may not respond.

God wants us to seek Him continuously.

And please don’t think that if He doesn’t answer your question, this is the proof that He does not exist.

God wants and desires to be pursued.

I know you might be thinking that this pursuit is too much to ask, but once you have a glimpse of God, you will know it was all worth it, and you will hunger for more peeks and reveals into who God is.

A personal relationship with God is beyond any small effort we put into it.
We are living in scary times. There is no better time to pursue God.

Right now, we need to be constantly praying for peace. Ask God to intervene in this awful war and for His mighty hand to move to end it quickly. Also, pray for peace! We need peace! Don’t give up on prayer.

Please don’t think that it does not work. Prayer is power. If prayer groups are praying for peace, join one. Even if it is an internet prayer group, God will still hear. Time, place, in person or internet prayer, God is not restricted by any of these things.

When we come in agreement with other believers seeking God’s will, He will move. His word says so. In Matt 18:19, His word speaks of the power of agreement:https://biblehub.com/matthew/18-19.htm

If at all possible, fast, pray and give. Fasting and giving amplify our prayer. Fast one meal, one day’s meals, or even as many days as you can tolerate. Here is an article explaining a little more about fasting https://www.ibelieve.com/faith/4-prayers-for-a-powerful-fasting-breakthrough.html

Where should you give? There are many great charities raising funds for humanitarian relief for the people of Ukraine. Do some research and see if God’s peace comes over you about giving a donation at the place you choose.

Giving is also called planting a seed. Although this seed is a money seed, it can be pointed and asked for God to use it for a breakthrough in this war, for peace to prevail, and for God’s hand to move in this situation.

Our family has planted seeds with Samaritan’s’ Purse, Paula White Ministries, and the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Again, this is where I gave. Where you plant your seed is between you and God.

Happy New Year.

What does this new year hold?

No one knows but God, but there are two things that I know for sure this new year holds.

What are those two things?

They are promise and hope.

What is hope? It is defined in the dictionary as a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.

What is promise? The dictionary defines it as a declaration or assurance that one will do a particular thing or that a particular thing will happen.

That is powerful! Let me repeat that definition. A promise is a declaration or assurance that one will do a particular thing or that a particular thing will happen.

What does the bible say about hope and promise?

“Hope” in Scripture means “a strong and confident expectation.” Though archaic today in modern terms, hope is akin to trust and a confident expectation.

What does the bible say about promise?

The bible is the promise of God.

Every word spoken by God is His promise for us.

Here are a few scriptures about His promise.

In Phillippians 4:19, God says:

19 And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Philippians+4%3A19&version=ESV

What does that mean? That means that God promises to provide for all of our needs according to His riches through Christ Jesus.

Did you get that?

Your God will supply every need! Incredible!

What other promises are there in the bible?

https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Isaiah+41%3A10&version=ESV

In Isaiah 41:10, God’s promise says this:

fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God;

I will strengthen you, and I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Wow!!! What is God saying in this promise?

He says, “Do NOT FEAR and do NOT be DISMAYED”! He is our God. He will provide us His strength, His help, and He will uphold us with His mighty hand.”

Incredible!

The bible is filled with God’s promises of love, protection, strength, provision, etc.

It is up to us to know His word (the scripture) and utilize His words and promises in our daily lives.

His written word is our weapon! We use His words to bring forth every promise He has spoken over us.

You might sit there and think that hope and promise are silly and nonsense, but I assure you they are not.

Hope is something valuable to hold on to. Without it, we become hopeless.

Hopeless people do things to others and themselves that are dangerous and potentially life-ending.

Hoping for a better new year is a great gift to ourselves and others.

Now, the promise for a better tomorrow is incredible. It provides hope as we arrive at the new year.

I believe in 2022; we will see God eradicate this horrible virus!

God sees our struggles, and He hears and listens to our pleas for help.

Many of us continue to cry out to Him. We continue to give thanks for the moving of His mighty hand.

We cannot give up our hope when it comes to Him moving to extinguish this virus and reveal the truth about its origins and all the individuals involved in its creation.

I know in my heart that this virus was not from God but will be used by God to glorify and enhance His Kingdom.

I believe in 2022, America will see a revitalization of our country and our economy.

When America’s economy is doing well, other countries’ economies will also improve.

Will these things come to pass?

I don’t know. I believe, and I have faith that they will. I am speaking those promises into our existence every day.

Yes, you heard me correctly. I am thanking God now that those things have already come to pass.

I know one thing for sure.

God is NOT done with America yet!

America is coming into Her golden age.

I believe in my heart that America will flourish like never before.

And with all that said, I am full of hope and excitement for 2022 and beyond.

I know that there will be one more outpouring of God’s spirit on this earth before we see our Messiah return again.

That outpouring hasn’t taken place yet.

I believe that too is coming soon.

We will see miracles beyond anything we could ever imagine with our own eyes.

We will see with our own eyes the sick healed, the deaf shall hear, the lame will walk, limbs will grow back, and the blind shall see.

There will be no doubt that these miracles are from God Himself.

So you see, we have a lot to be hopeful for!

I pray that God bless you and your family beyond anything you can contain in this new year.

I pray that His blessings overcome you where you are forced to share them with others.

For that is the reason He blesses us so that we may become a blessing to others.

God desires to bless us where we don’t have room enough to contain it:

Malachi 3:10 Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house. Test Me in this,” says the LORD of Hosts. “See if I will not open the windows of heaven and pour out for you blessing without measure. (biblehub.com)

Happy New Year.

God bless each of you.

God keeps you safe, sound, happy, content, and looking to Him for miracles, signs, and wonders.

In the name of Jesus, I pray this. Amen.

During this covid pandemic, here are some bible verses of encouragement.

shutterstock_ThePowerOfWordsWP2.8.20

This post was written back in March of this year. God brought to attention that perhaps there are people out there looking for places to find the words and correlating scripture for things like protection, healing, breaking the spirit of fear over themselves and their families, etc.

When He did that, I decided to repost this. Please remember how powerful prayer is. Never doubt its power and never allow anyone to talk you out of prayer because they believe it is useless.

Our prayer is pure power.  It is our communication with our God who is all powerful and holds ALL power. Our prayer asks Him to intervene in our lives and situations. Remember God’s word in Deuteronomy 31:6.

Never give up on prayers.  If possible, come in agreement with someone about the things you are praying for. Our agreed prayer is power multiplied. How do I know that?  Well, God’s word tells us that.  https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+18%3A19&version=ESV

What does God’s name say about Him? Do you know all the names of God?
Here are just a few of them.
Emmanuel – God with us.
https://www.ibelieve.com/faith/10-powerful-names-of-god-and-what-they-mean-for-us-today.html
God’s word is unchangeable, unfaltering, unwavering, and will stand forever (Matt24:35).
God’s word cannot be altered even by Him.
God holds His word above Himself.
What does this mean for us? Well, this says that God’s word will not fail us. His word will come to pass. His word is our weapon to use against the chaos of this world.
As we apply our daily armor of God, His word is referenced as our sword, which is our weapon!
His name is our peace, our healing, our provision, our protection, our restorer, our defender, our victory, etc.
His name is all the things we will ever need during our lifetime.
So how can you benefit from His word and His name right now? Well, that is the perfect question to ask.
If you believe God is God, that He is who He says He is, that His word cannot fail and that His word is a powerful weapon, then you have won half the battle.
Right now, we are facing a deadly disease. Now is the time we need God’s presence, His direction, and His answers for this difficult time.
God is not like us, and He does not do things the way we do. His ideas, His thoughts, His wisdom, His knowledge is above our same traits. This is why He is God.
We think words aren’t a big deal. We say whatever we want whenever we want, never giving a second thought about the impact those spoken words will have.
The words we speak will either cause life or death. Our words will take us on a path of blessings or curses. Whomever we speak words over, we, therefore, have impacted their life in some way, shape, or form.
Negative words spoken by other people over us can be denied or unaccepted by us.
Again, using the utterance of spoken words, we have the right to accept words spoken by someone over us.
Again, using the power of words, we have the right to deny spoken words of death over our lives.
See, words are potent! God used words to create the universe. He spoke the sun, the moon, the starts, the plant, all wildlife, the ocean, etc. into existence with His mere words.
Just like our Father in heaven, our words have power too!
We can speak things into existence, as long as they align with God’s will for our lives, according to God’s word.
If we are sick, we can speak our healing into existence using God’s word (https://www.openbible.info/topics/with_his_stripes_we_are_healed).
If we are addicted, we can break the power of addiction over our lives using God’s word (https://www.biblestudytools.com/topical-verses/bible-verses-about-addiction/).
If we are afflicted with depression, we can speak God’s word over our lives or the lives of our loved ones and break depression (https://www.biblestudytools.com/topical-verses/depression-bible-verses/).
If we are facing a world pandemic, we can speak God’s word to call for His safety and protection over our family and our loved ones (https://www.biblestudytools.com/topical-verses/bible-verses-about-protection/).
If we are facing the loss of a job and the ability to provide a living for our family, we can speak God’s word of blessings and prosperity over our lives (https://bible.knowing-jesus.com/topics/God~s-Provision).
We need to remind God of His word all the time. Not that He forgets His word but to build our faith.
In essence, to tell God, this is who You are, and this is what You said You would do.
Hence the verse faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of Christ (Rom10:17).
We must hear, speak, and proclaim His word, His goodness, and His love for us all the time.
When we utter His living word over our lives at all times, this builds faith and stirs the atmosphere with our expectations.
We sit in anticipation, waiting, and watching for the miracles of God. And they must appear because we are stirring the atmosphere with our spoken utterances and with our worship.
You must know how powerful words are. Our words can bless or curse. They can lift or tear down, or they can build up or destroy.
Please don’t think that you can apply God’s principle of blessing over your life for one day and expect to see miracles the next day.
The process of speaking life, protection, provision is a lifetime daily job.
Now, I know what you are thinking. You probably think that this will be exhausting.
We are so used to instant gratification. The majority of the time, God is NOT an immediate gratification type of God.
He wants you to be in it for the long haul. He wants you to pursue Him diligently with your whole heart.
Now once you see the manifestation of God’s spoken word in your life, this will become like second nature.
At this point, you will continue to go from level to level in your faith, your blessings, and your prosperity.
Some of us will find this a little challenging to speak positive words all the time. Some of us will find it a little difficult to think before we speak.
God will help with this too. If you want to pursue this, you will have to go to God in prayer to ask for His help.
Do not be ashamed or embarrassed to ask God for help. God is not the God of guilt, shame, and embarrassment. He is always the God of grace, love, nurturing, and peace.  He is a caring and loving God!

Every day in 2021 should be Father’s Day.

We wonder why our schools, grocery stores, and malls have become shooting ranges.

Americans are angry and frustrated. Does this excuse this type of horrendous activity? No, not at all.

At this very minute, our economy is failing, and our streets are unsafe.

And now it is okay, according to some, to take that anger and doll it out on the innocent.

When did we lose control of our civility? Where was it that we took a wrong turn?

Was it the removal of God and prayer from our schools? Perhaps, it was the introduction of social media to our society and our youth.

Maybe, it was the increase in the murder of innocent babies at our local abortion clinics.

Could it be when other people decided that more skin, sex, violence, and cursing were okay for younger and younger audiences to view on television or in movies? Was this the catalyst that started the demise of our civility?

Perhaps, even the introduction of more and more broken homes with absent fathers leaving mothers to take up the slack.

Was it when others decided it was best for both parents to have to work? Was the need for a two-income family that pushed our society to the beginning of our demise?

Maybe, just maybe, it was the culmination of several of these things.

We may never know the one single event that caused the beginning of the fall of our society, but there is one thing we must realize and understand that is true.

Our enemy wants and desires the destruction of the family unit.

He wants men to be weak, frail, afraid, and timid.

Why does he want this? Well, the father is the head of the family. He is the leader of the family. He is the one who leads his family to success.

He is the strength. He shows his sons how to become successful, strong, and productive men that will lead their future families down the same path.

The father is the one who shows their daughters what a strong, faithful, honest, and unwavering man looks like.

He sets the stage for his daughters to seek out future husbands with the same qualities.

The father shows his daughters that they are worthy of respect and dignity.

Yes, the father is the substantial leader that every family needs.

As I write about the importance of the father, I am in no way undermining the value of the mother in the family unit.

Also, I am not saying that the father is more important than the mother either.

Each is equally important. The mother and the father play vital roles in the family unit. They are equal partners in every family unit.

So here we are, where we see others trying to silence men.

The father’s removal from the family picture leads to the reduction of strength, dignity, respect of the family.

You have to understand that the family unit is powerful. They support each other, they love each other, and most importantly, they pray together.

God’s word says that were two or more gather in agreement, He is among them (Matt18:19-20).

The family praying in unison and agreement is a powerful thing. The enemy knows that.

This family praying and agreeing can cause significant shifts in their lives, in the lives of their immediate family members, changes in their extended families, shifts in their schools, their communities, their cities, and their states.

Their persistent, fervent, and effectual prayer will shake and cause mountains to move.

The family unit prayer together in agreement has pure power.

That is why there is such a fight going on to destroy the family and the father.

Right now, we must start coming back together as family units and pray in agreement.

Right this very moment, we are in contention with that demonic activity.

Please make no mistake about what we are facing.

This “new world order” is nothing more than demonic activity.

We are fighting to preserve our freedom, voices, opinions, and way of life we love. We are fighting against the demonic activity of those who think they can defeat almighty God.

We must combat this demonic activity with God, praying, fasting, and planting seeds in good soil.

Please remember that no demon or devil can stand up to God and to the most potent name of them all, which is the name of Jesus.

The blood of Jesus will never lose its power!

Amen!

We cannot lose focus or our hope. We cannot give up because that is what the enemy wants.

God is not finished! We must keep praying and seeking God’s help to stop those determined to let the enemy take over.

Stay focused, stay determined, stay active, and keep your eyes on God.

9 11 – we will never forget.

Today, we remember the events that unfolded 20 years ago, on September 11, 2001.

We remember the bravery on display as firefighters rushed in to help those in distress.

We remember watching in horror as so many individuals fell or leaped to their deaths as they faced a horrible decision to stay inside this burning building or fall to their deaths.

We watched in disbelief as so many of our citizens lost their lives that day.

We looked on in utter pain and anguish as so many people staggered out of those buildings with life-changing injuries.

We watched in horror as one at a time, one tower collapsed. Then the other collapsed from the intense heat of jet engine fuel.

We cried out to God as we wondered why this was happening.

We prayed in unison as we asked God to help all those innocent people.

Today, we remember, but perhaps the question we should ask is how can we ever forget?

This event was meant to destroy America, but it had the opposite effect.

In the days following this horrific event, our country came together in unity and love.

We came together in love for one another and for our beloved America.

How ironic that today as we reflect, there are forces at work trying to tear America and Its citizens apart again.

Today, there are those using racism and hate to divide our country and all our countrymen.

We did not let our house divide then, and we cannot let it divide now.

God’s word tells us that a house divided on itself, cannot stand (Mark 3:25)

https://biblehub.com/mark/3-25.htm

We must refuse all those pushing division, hate, anger, and racism on us.

We must tell them to flat out that we will not accept their lies and dishonesty.

Today, let us embrace that camaraderie that we held back on September 11, 2001. Today, let us reignite that love and passion for America.

Most of all, let us return to God and reignite a fire and love for Him again.

He is and will always be the foundation of America.

America was built on Him and His strong foundation of truth, justice, love, honor, and bravery.

Yes, America is not perfect, but we search to be and do better tomorrow and all the tomorrows that follow with God’s grace.

With God leading the way, America will never fail. She may falter, but America will rise again to shine brighter than ever.

America will lead the way again.

We may have fallen to one knee, but the sleeping giant that is America will rise again to be more formidable than ever.

America, don’t give up on God. Keep praying, keep fasting, keep declaring God’s victory over this evil that is trying to overtake America.

God bless America!

The fall of Afghanistan will not be the downfall of American bravery, courage, and resilience.

To all those who are laughing at America, know this, America is not done.

America has an unbreakable resilience.

Our brave American’s don’t know what the word quit means.

We will make a way when everyone has counted us out.

Once again, evil has woken up an American sleeping giant.

We have one thing in our corner that no one is thinking about. That is God and our faith.

See, America was founded on a God that never stops fighting for us.

Right now, at this very moment, brave American’s are planning for a victory so big that only God can bring it to pass.

Right now, we don’t know how it will happen, but we know it will happen.

Right now, our brave American veterans who have so courageously fought for us before are packing their bags, and with their faith that knows no bounds, they will be victorious!

In the name that is about all names, Jesus, our Savior, we call forth our victory.

In the name of Jesus, our Savior, we call on Godly protection for every brave veteran making the journey to save our stranded American citizens and our allies.

In the name of Jesus, we call on every angel to stand in the divine protection of each brave veteran and enlisted service person.

God, You will make this impossible situation victorious for us. In the name of Jesus, we call forth this victory.

God, let Your name and the name of our Savior fill the mouths of our veterans and enlisted soldiers.

God, listen and move when they call on Your name.

God, we will see and hear with our own eyes and ears about Your miraculous move to save America.

Forever, Your name will go down in history as the God whose hand moved in a powerful way to save America as Her citizens called out to You for divine assistance.

Father, make a way for every person responsible for this utter and disastrous failure to bring our citizens and troops homes safely, face justice. God, let the truth come out. God, bring forth whistleblowers so the validity of their disastrous decisions can be made known.

God, Your word says that secret things come to light (Luke 8:17).

God, let those responsible for this mess and their evil lies and deeds be known to all humanity!

God, we decree and declare this to be so in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior.

God, restore America and Her greatness.

God, bless America once again. Father, I know you aren’t done with Her. I know She will shine brightly once again like never before.

God, finally, we lift all those 13 American servicemen and women who passed away this past week.

God, be with their families, take every ounce of pain and grief away from them, and replace their sorrow with joy. God, let them know that their sacrifice is not and will never be in vain.

God, fill them with a peace that passes understanding. Holy Spirit, we call upon Your promise in Isiah 61:3. God, Your word says that You will give  3to console the mourners in Zion— to give them a crown of beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and a garment of praise for a spirit of despair. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.

God, let them know that the American people will never forget the bravery of their loved ones who served so courageously.

Father, finally, we ask that You bring all those responsible for killing and maiming so many innocent people to justice. God let all the world know who they are. Father, they cannot hide from You.

We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Loneliness – you are never home alone.

Loneliness, are you feeling it? Is it a constant companion? That empty hollow feeling compounded by fear. I understand.

I, too, have felt it. That dark empty feeling that is trying to overtake every part of your thoughts and being.

Whatever you do, you cannot let it win. Don’t stay and dwell in that empty dark place of hopelessness.

It is dangerous there. Staying there in that utter place of despair makes it easier to succumb to the thoughts of suicide.

There is something that you need to understand. You are never alone, you have God, and you will ALWAYS have God!

He will never leave or abandon you (Heb 13:5) https://biblehub.com/hebrews/13-5.htm

Call out to Him.

I know many say that God isn’t real because you can’t see Him. You may not be able to see Him, but you can always feel His presence.

His presence is real. How does it feel in the presence of God?

It is peaceful there. In God’s presence, there is His love. A love that we don’t know as a human. It is a love that penetrates every fiber of your being. His love is consuming, powerful, engulfing, and strong. His love is never-ending. In His presence, His love has no boundaries.

It is a love that you will never feel from another human. It is a love that is indescribable. The love of God is something you can only experience while in His presence.

How do you reach His presence? We can come into God’s presence via prayer and primarily through our worship.

Our worship has power! Our worship, spoken decrees and declarations of God’s words and His promises, and prayer are the most potent weapons we have as Christians.

These things are the weapons we use to defeat all the fear, doubt, loneliness, emptiness, addictions, etc., we are facing or will ever face in our lives.

Right now, more than ever before, we are facing so much doubt and fear. Now, right now, is the time to seek God. If you don’t know Him, now is the time to make Him the center of your life.

Those in power are seeking to control every aspect of our lives.

How do we combat that power? With the promises of God.

What are the promises of God? His promises are written in His word, which is the Holy Bible.

Make no mistakes about it. There is only one true living God. There is only one Savior, His son Jesus, and there is only one true living spirit of God. That is the Holy Spirit. These three are the Holy Trinity.

Today is the perfect day to seek God, to accept Jesus as your personal Savior.

I am not talking about a cookie-cutter relationship with God. I am not talking about saying repeat prayers to seek God’s forgiveness and love.

That is man’s idea of how God works. With our God, there is no middle man.

No person, saint, or the Virgin Mary, can forgive your sins. Please, no mistake, I am in no way bashing the mother of Jesus. I thank God for her and her bravery to become the mother of our living Savior, Jesus.

Only God, through our Savior Jesus, can forgive all our sins.

How do you have a personal relationship with God? That is easy. Seek Him, and you will find Him (Matt7:7)https://www.biblehub.com/matthew/7-7.htm. Call out to Him, and He will answer you (Psl91:15) https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Psalms-91-15/.

God isn’t complicated. It is us as humans that complicate Him with our silly rules and our ideas.

How do you accept Jesus as your personal Savior? That is simple too. If you genuinely believe that Jesus is the one true son of God, that He rose from the dead after taking your place on the cross, then repeat this prayer:

Would you please pray with me? “Dear Father, please forgive me for my sins. God, please cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. I know Christ died on the cross for me. I know He was crucified, buried, and then arose on the third day. I know He ascended and now sits on the right hand of God. I receive Jesus as my Savior. Amen.

Do you need more scriptures for sickness, addiction, depression, etc.? Please read this previous post:

If you prayed that prayer of Salvation above to receive Jesus as your Savior, you might be asking what is next. Well, if you can, find a good church that believes in the Holy Trinity, Jesus is our Savior, and God is the one true living God. Also, they must believe in the resurrection. And, they must believe that God’s word is the Holy Bible.

If you are unable to find a church like that, keep trying and praying for it. You also need to delve into God’s word. Read it daily and as often as possible.

Also, pray, seek God, and worship God. He is worthy to receive all our worship.

God bless each one of you.

God’s declaration of independence – America will remain the land of the free.

America is the home of the free because of the brave, courageous men and women of our military who choose to defend every citizen’s right to freedom.
The cost for this freedom isn’t free. There is a steep cost for those who choose to stand and defend it.
Our rights are given to each citizen by God, and they are defended and protected by men and women who boldly stand up and say, “yes, I will protect the land I love.”
Now at this very time, some in Congress are seeking to take our rights and freedoms away.
They seek to eliminate our right to bear arms and defend what is precious to us. Many of us have worked very hard to make strides to improve the lives of our families. Yet, our ability to defend these most precious things is being chipped away by those who swore or affirmed to protect those very rights.
Many of us, including myself, have been silenced by these officials with the help of those in big tech. With the help of those in big tech, our voices are being silenced. Our right to freely speak is also being chipped away.
These elected officials stood in front of all of us and placed their hand on God’s word as they promised to uphold, defend and honor our Constitution.
They swore or affirmed to God that they would fight to protect every American citizen and all of our rights. Yet, here they are going against that promise they made to God.
Any promise made to God is not one to enter into lightly. When we lay our hand on His word and speak, the words I affirm to uphold and protect, this is serious business. This promise is called a covenant made with God Almighty Himself.
God cannot break His promises, and any promise we make to Him is one we must hold up to.
We cannot easily break our promise to God. There are dire consequences when we go against promises we made to God.
Yet, these officials think nothing of breaking their solemn promises that they spoke to God to defend His nation and His people.
It seems that they have not paid those consequences, but that will not always be the case.
The goodness of God has allowed them time to repent and seek His forgiveness before His swift hand moves.
His mighty hand will move swiftly and quickly. His move is coming. Have no doubts about it.
Those that have doubled down on opposing Him will pay a very steep price.
America, God has heard us crying out for His justice. Don’t stop now.
Please do not give up now. Even though it appears that evil is about to win and overtake us, God will prevail.
Keep crying out to God to move and restore justice to us.
His move is coming, and it will take all our breath away. His justice will sweep through America and the world, carrying with it all those who laughed and mocked Him.
This independence day will take on a new meaning. It will always be remembered as the day God set us free from those who seek to destroy and keep us in the bondage of their greed and lust for evil.
Keep praying, keep fasting, keep seeking His might presence.
God bless each of you, and God bless America!
Happy Independence Day!

The Lord’s prayer – is He listening?

Does God hear our prayers? Is He listening? Does He want to help us?

Those are all valid questions. I think each one of us, at one point or another, has asked those very questions.

Some have even asked God if He is real.

Well, I say ask Him.

God created us. He knows we are curious and wish to understand things that seem more significant than us.

God is bigger than anything or anyone person.

Now how He reveals, that may no satisfy your curiosity.

You might be thinking that you want God to perform some colossal miracle for you to believe fully.

We can ask but be cautious not to have such grand ideas of exactly how you want God to show you His answers.

His answer may be so subtle that you miss it.

One thing you should know about God, He never answers prayer the way you expect Him to.

That is one thing that I admire about God. He always does something unexpectedly that makes me appreciate Him even more.

So ask Him. He may answer, and He may not respond.

God wants us to seek Him continuously.

And please don’t think that if He doesn’t answer your question, this is the proof that He does not exist.

God wants and desires to be pursued.

I know you might be thinking that this pursuit is too much to ask, but once you have a glimpse of God, you will know it was worth it, and you will hunger for more peeks.

A personal relationship with God is beyond any small effort we put into it.

We are living in scary times. There is not a better time to pursue God.

Here are some bible verses that will assist you in your pursuit of our one true living God:
