If we pray for Ukraine, is God listening?

Does God hear our prayers? Is He listening? Does He want to help with this war raging in Ukraine?

Those are all valid questions. I think each of us has asked or wondered at some point if God is real.

Well, I say ask Him.

God created us. He knows we are curious and wish to understand things that seem more significant than us.

God is more significant than anything or anyone person.

God is so complex that we may never fully understand the scope of who God is, but don’t let that deter you.

God is also personable. He isn’t some significant scary holy entity that is unapproachable.

God is not a cookie-cutter God. He is not a one-size-fits-all deity.

God knows we are curious. He created us to ask questions and to find answers.

If you want to know if God is real, ask Him. Now how He reveals his answers may not satisfy your curiosity.

If you ask questions, He may not reveal the answers. Some answers come many days, months, or even years later.

You might be thinking that you want God to perform some colossal miracle for you to believe that He exists.

We can ask but be cautious not to have grand ideas of exactly how you expect God to show you, His answers.

His answer may be so subtle that you miss it.

You should know this about God; He never answers prayer the way you expect Him to.

That is one thing that I admire about God. He always does something unexpectedly that makes me appreciate Him even more.

So, ask Him. He may answer, and He may not respond.

God wants us to seek Him continuously.

And please don’t think that if He doesn’t answer your question, this is the proof that He does not exist.

God wants and desires to be pursued.

I know you might be thinking that this pursuit is too much to ask, but once you have a glimpse of God, you will know it was all worth it, and you will hunger for more peeks and reveals into who God is.

A personal relationship with God is beyond any small effort we put into it.
We are living in scary times. There is no better time to pursue God.

Right now, we need to be constantly praying for peace. Ask God to intervene in this awful war and for His mighty hand to move to end it quickly. Also, pray for peace! We need peace! Don’t give up on prayer.

Please don’t think that it does not work. Prayer is power. If prayer groups are praying for peace, join one. Even if it is an internet prayer group, God will still hear. Time, place, in person or internet prayer, God is not restricted by any of these things.

When we come in agreement with other believers seeking God’s will, He will move. His word says so. In Matt 18:19, His word speaks of the power of agreement:https://biblehub.com/matthew/18-19.htm

If at all possible, fast, pray and give. Fasting and giving amplify our prayer. Fast one meal, one day’s meals, or even as many days as you can tolerate. Here is an article explaining a little more about fasting https://www.ibelieve.com/faith/4-prayers-for-a-powerful-fasting-breakthrough.html

Where should you give? There are many great charities raising funds for humanitarian relief for the people of Ukraine. Do some research and see if God’s peace comes over you about giving a donation at the place you choose.

Giving is also called planting a seed. Although this seed is a money seed, it can be pointed and asked for God to use it for a breakthrough in this war, for peace to prevail, and for God’s hand to move in this situation.

Our family has planted seeds with Samaritan’s’ Purse, Paula White Ministries, and the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Again, this is where I gave. Where you plant your seed is between you and God.

Pray for Boulder, Colorado.

We all ask “why”? Why did this happen? Why did those loved ones get taken too soon? We ask God, “why”?

We all seek answers but trying to understand pure evil is a tiring and exhausting effort.

Evil makes no sense to those who do not operate in evil. Many don’t think that prayer works, but that is incorrect.

Our prayer holds pure power. God is listening. Please join me in praying for the families affected by pure evil and for the community in Boulder, CO.

God, we know you are listening. We know You hear and answer our prayers.

God, help each family suffering. Their loved ones were taken away unexpectedly, and they are suffering.

Holy Spirit, fill every void of pain and pour out Your love on each person needing it right now.

God, we ask for healing and restoration in the community of Boulder. We bind fear in the name of Jesus, and we lose healing and love.

God, Your word says that what we bind on earth is bound in heaven, and what we lose on earth is loosed in heaven (Matt 18:18).

God, do not allow our hearts to linger in anger, bitterness, frustration, and revenge. God, instead, let us focus on healing and restoration.

God, we ask that those with evil intentions be rooted out. God, expose their evil plans before they can cause pain, destruction, and death to our fellow countrymen.

God, we ask those in the political arena not to use this horrible incident for their political gain or to achieve their political agenda.

God, let us come together to find solutions and find out why there is so much hate and division in our country.

Holy Spirit, bring conviction to our hearts. Let us draw closer to You. Let our nation draw itself back to You.

God, forgive us. Father, heal our land.

In Jesus’ name, we pray in agreement. Amen.

Easter – will God pour out His spirit on all flesh?

America, do you hear Him calling you? Do you hear His voice calling out to you? Listen to Him whispering your name?
God is calling America back to Him. He desires our hearts to seek Him again. He wants our voices to call out to Him also.
He wants us to hunger and thirst for Him again.
He desires us to know who He is again.
He wants us to adore Him again.
He wants to refresh our love for Him.
He wants to take away all your pain and suffering.
He is calling us. Can you hear Him?
You are His child. He created you and loved you before the beginning of time.
He wants revival, and God’s will can and will be fulfilled on this earth. No one and nothing can stop Him.
Those that have come against Him shall pay a very deep price.
Those that have deceived His people in efforts to gain power will pay a steep price.
Those that have oppressed His people will pay dearly.
Those with plans to destroy America and His people shall see the hand of God move swiftly and with great power against them.
Those who have planned and plotted evil laughed at Him as they believe they have pulled the wool over God’s eyes.
They believe in their mind that they have gotten away with the evil plans, but God is allowing them to get comfortable in their evil.
When God moves, they won’t even see it coming.
Yet with all His power, our God is merciful. He has given them time to repent of these sins.
He gives them time to seek His true forgiveness and turn from their wickedness before His judgment comes for them.
Will they repent? I pray that they do. I pray that they turn from their wickedness and seek the merciful face of God.
America, it is time to pick a side. You are either for God or against Him.
Time is running out to be on the fence.
We are about to see God’s power move across America and then around the world.
God, thank you for who You are. I thank You that You have heard our cries and will come to save us.
God, for too long, many have mocked You. They laugh as at You and at Your children for believing in You.
God, You will be the one with the last laugh. Amen.

I believe this Passover season will be one of the most powerful spiritual seasons every experienced by humanity. What we witness with our own eyes will be historic. I believe in my heart that God is getting ready to pour out His spirit on all flesh (Acts 2:17).

This does not only pertain to America. The rest of the world will see and experience God like never before too. There will be miracle events that take place. Things and people that have plagued nations and oppressed people for years and years will finally be dealt with by God.

I believe we will witness God almighty eradicate Covid-19 from the face of the earth. We will stand back in awe and there will only be one explanation. Only God could have done this!

If you are a believer in God, His Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, get ready. Pray, fast if you can, and seek God’s face. Get alone with God. Get right with Him and repent. Now is the time!

God defiantly will have the last laugh! Amen. Luke 12:2

PS – God has perfect timing. He knows what we are facing. He knows the hour. He will move on His perfect timing.
