Let your faith arise!

God’s promises do come to pass. We have to hold onto them until they do. How long would you wait for God’s promise to come to pass?
So often we receive a promise from God then expect it to appear the next day, the next month, the next few months.
When we are forced to wait any longer, we get so discouraged and often give up. What happens when we have to wait years and years for this promise to show up? We let go! We give up. Then, we second guess what God promised us? We think we are unworthy, or we believe that God changed His mind.
Sometimes, we get angry. We tell ourselves that we wasted so much time and effort on a promise that never showed up.
First and foremost, you have to understand that God does not measure time as we do. In our calendar year, perhaps in the same time frame, only a minute has passed for God.
We also have to understand that God works on His timing, not ours.
We also have to understand that God works on His timing, not ours.
We also have to know that before our promise is delivered, we have to be prepared. We have to be tested by God. We have to prove we are ready to receive such an enormous promise.
God must prepare us. Can you imagine what would happen if we received a promise from God without being prepared? It would end disastrously.
Would you ever give a teenager the keys to a new car without first testing them to make sure they are prepared to drive?
Would you ever let your child drive without a license? They must take some form of class. They must have some training to learn how to drive with either formal or informal courses.
It is the same for us and our promises. We have to be prepared and tested. We have to be ready. We have to have our foundation in place.
Our faith has to be tested! God works through our faith and is moved by faith. Without faith, it is impossible to please God(Heb11:6).
His word tells us that we must believe in Him and earnestly seek Him. He rewards our diligence. He honors our persistence!
Do you have the boldness, the persistence, the diligence, and the relentlessness to seek Him for all His promises? If you don’t, do you want to have these things to step boldly out into the faith you need?
Then, pray and ask. Pursue God for these things. We have not because we ask not(Matt7:7).
A lot of us will never step into the fruition of His promises because we will give up and quit! We will let go.
Then some of us will become angry, bitter, and frustrated with God. We will blame Him for wasting our time, but in all truth, it was us that spent our own time, efforts, those promises.
We are shown a significant promise but not the road we will have to travel to get there. We are not shown the amount of time that will pass before we are standing in the fruition of that promise.
It may be a long, tedious, treacherous road that must be traveled. God does not show us this part because this is the part where our faith must arise, abide, and carry us through.
No matter how long it takes, don’t let go! Hold on, no matter how much time passes. Don’t give up on God. He knows what He is doing. Trust in Him, in His timing, and His love for you.

Call on HIS name!

god-is-love-WP7.28.18

When you feel empty and alone, speak the name that always brings love.
When you feel like you can’t endure one more heartbreak, speak the sweetest name.
When you feel like no one cares, speak the only name that brings serenity.
When you feel afraid, speak the name that tells fear it HAS TO leave.
When life has beat you down, and you have no words to pray, speak the most powerful name. Speak the name of “Jesus!”
His name contains freedom, redemption, forgiveness, restoration, healing, fearlessness, peace, serenity, unity, abundance, strength, protection, foundations, courage, boldness, and love.
His name holds it ALL!
Never believe that His name holds no power. The name of Jesus is the most powerful word in EVERY language! His name IS power! Use it!

Our prayers MUST produce!

Word of God!

God, we shall NOT grow weary!

God, help us! This evil these men/women perpetrate on the innocent is unimaginable!
God, hear our cries for help. When will these atrocities stop?
God, how much more pain can our hearts endure?
Holy Spirit, we ask for Your mercy now. Holy Spirit, comfort those crying, suffering & in pain. Surround, blanket & cover them w/ Your serenity & peace. Take their pain away for it is too much for them to bear.
God, Your word says that evil (Matt24:12)will multiply & the love of most will grow cold.
Father, give us peace to know that You never give us more than we can bear.
Your word also says we are not to grow weary in doing good.
And Your word tells us that You give strength to the weary!
Father, we receive Your strength now in Jesus’ name.
We proclaim by the superior blood of Jesus that GOD shall renew our strength!
We will not faint or grow weary!
God, even though our hearts are full of pain & despair, we shall SOAR on the wings of eagles!
In Jesus’ we pray, in agreement. Amen.

God, You have given us ALL authority.

God, protect us from evil men that plot to cause harm, destruction & even death to us, our loved ones, our communities & our fellow countrymen. God, hear our daily prayers for protection(Luke 10:19). You have given us authority over ALL the power of the enemy. God, let us run to You. You alone are our fortress & strong tower. You shield us under Your wings (Psalms 57:1). Who can come against You & win – NO ONE. God, You are our mighty protector.  You are incredible! You deserve to always be exalted. Let our praises continually come from our lips. In Jesus's name, Amen! #GOD #Scripture #worship #Savior #Trustgod #prayerstillworks #prayers #protection #Believe #Jesus #TrustHim #thankful #grateful #appreciate #authority #Bible #word #understanding #tower #fortress #knowledge #freedom #trust #prayerworks #Godblessamerica #wings #nofear
