Yes, it is true. My little Samson is officially an award-winning book placing 3rd in the children’s category. I give all the glory to God!!!!
God sure is good all the time! His promises are yes and amen! I thank Him for keeping His promises.
No matter how long it has been, don’t let go of that promise that God gave you. Today is the day to pick it back up, grab it with both hands, and move out in faith.
God’s promises NEVER expire. It is just as good today, and it was the day it was spoken over to or to you.
There is not a better time than now to revisit that dream you have. The vision God placed deep into your heart before the foundations of time. Before you were a thought, an idea, or a plan for your mom and dad, God had already made plans for you.
He had already set special abilities and talents aside for you. Most of all, He loved you and continues to love you.
We have just begun a new year with new beginnings and unlimited possibilities. Today, take ahold of God’s hand and step boldly into those promises. Today, step boldly into your God-given destiny!
What kind of words do you speak over yourself?
Are those words full of power, positivity, motivation, and love?
Or are those words full of lies, doubt, negativity, fear, and failure?
Your words should declare that you are victorious, beautiful, wise, knowledgeable, productive, remarkable, and beloved by God?
Choose to speak life, speak your destiny into existence, and speak the words God speaks about you.
Your mind will believe the words you speak.
If you are determined to make 2019 a stellar year for yourself, there is one change that you must implement.
So many people seek the advice of brilliant businessmen/women, life coaches, or gurus.
Some of this advice might come in a forum that will cost you a pretty penny.
Would you like to know some advice that will alter your life forever?
Getting closer to God is ALWAYS a life changer.
Determine that this will be the year you get to know God more intimately.
God longs to know each of us intimately. He wishes to reveal who He is to us in a way that will forever change our lives.
When I say knowing God more intimately, it does not reference the intimacy of humanity.
Intimacy with God is allowing Him to show us every level of who He is. I am not sure about you, but I want to know God and every level of His awesomeness!
See, I have such a burning desire to know Him more intimately every day.
King David, knew God in a very intimate manner. King David was a worshipper like no other.
Maybe the depths of his worship for God came from the intimate nature of his knowledge of God.
Worship is one other thing that God desires from us. Maybe, the intimacy and worship go hand in hand.
Now maybe you think that you know God because you are very knowable about the bible or perhaps somewhat comprehensible about the bible.
Knowing the Bible and knowing God are two completely different things.
Yes, we should know study and know His word but knowing God is a whole different manner.
Knowing God will bring you into a higher appreciation of Him.
When you know Him more intimately, He will show Himself to you in new profound ways.
Here is my daily prayer to God. I pray it becomes yours too.
My prayer every day is “God, let me know You like no other person has known You. God, reveal things to me that You never have and will never reveal to anyone else.”
Remember, God, says if you seek Him, you will find Him. Let Him know that you desire Him above anything else. Let Him know you want to be closer to Him. When you seek Him in this particular manner, He will not disappoint you.
At this time of the year, we start to reflect on the year that has almost ended.
Some of us regret that another year has almost passed and we didn’t get that thing finished that we were so determined to get done at the begging of the year.
We promised ourselves that we would paint that picture, write that book, complete our book of photography, complete that sculpture, get or CD recorded, or get that presentation together for our latest invention.
Then life happens. Things sidetracked us, and we push that focus and determination to complete that one task way down on our “must do” list.
Here is some excellent news! It’s never too late if you have lost your way.
Don’t be so hard on yourself if you have gotten sidetracked, derailed, detoured, or delayed.
Make up your mind once again to get back on track. Pray to ask God to get you refocused, redetermined, reenergized.
Pray and ask the Holy Spirit for conviction when you start to get off track again in the new year.
Whatever that one thing is that brings happiness, excitement, invigoration, joy into your heart and life, pursue it.
Don’t let go of that. That kind of happiness, desire, and longing in your heart for this one thing is from God above. Make sure this coming year is the year that you boldly step into your divine destiny.
Don’t stop believing that you were created on purpose for a purpose. Every single one of us has a destiny to accomplish for God.
Once God reveals that destiny to you, grab hold of that promise and do not let it go until it is fully completed.
